about me:

Strength, discipline and balance are values that shape every part of my life as an athlete, a coach and mother of three. I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified yoga instructor, combining science based nutrition, strength training with mindful movement practices that support mobility, muscle growth, recovery, and long-term development. My approach to coaching is built on the belief that true transformation happens when structured training is combined with good nutrition, consistency, patience and a resilient mindset. I build intelligent programming with structured training to meet my clients goals.

Alongside my coaching career, I compete as a Fit Model athlete under the guidance of world renowned coach Kim Oddo. Competing has taken me to both national and international stages where I have won numerous championships. Remaining an active competitor allows me to continually refine my training methods, diet and nutrition to stay deeply connected to my disciplines required for development at the highest level.

As a mother of three little ones I understand it’s not just about aesthetics, it is about building a body that supports the demands of life with energy, grit and confidence. I aspire to be a good role model for my children. Balancing motherhood, competition and coaching has shaped my perspective on life, training, nutrition and reinforced the importance of structure, balance, peace and sustainable progress.

I will be one of your biggest cheerleaders! My goal as a coach is to help build a strong body and a strong mind that is necessary for lasting results and a mindset that goes far beyond the gym.
